Father Broom reflects on the Gospel of Matthew, Chapter 7, Vs 7-12.

“Ask…………..Seek………Knock….it will be given, you will find, it will be opened.” This is our Lord’s promise to hear and act on our prayer…

We have His Word but we don’t know His schedule. We must be patient and be aware that God knows when the best time is for all things. It make take 60 years!

We should also present all of our petitions though Mary….God hears all of our prayers but the words sound sweeter on her lips.

Father Ed Broom OMV is a member of the Oblates of the Virgin Mary and is Associate Pastor at St. Peter Chanel Church in Hawaiian Gardens California.
