El Padre Broom habla sobre el Decálogo de Espiritualidad para los hombres del Grupo San José.  Primero: Imitaré las virtudes de san José, varón justo y santo.  Como Él, seré el buen pastor de mi familia, siempre docil a la voluntad de Dios.  Dos:  Seré un hombre de oración diaria.  Al empezar, durante y al finalizar el día.   Tres:  Haré presente a Jesús y María en cada momento de mi vida.  Asistiré a adorar al Santísimo Sacramento por lo menos una vez al mes y rezaré el Rosario todos los días.
