Father Broom talks about the most important quality we can have to grow in holiness – humility. Everyone in Hell is proud and everyone in Heaven in humble! He gives us practical steps to increase our humility every day.

Our model is Christ Himself whose humility is so great that He, the King of Kings, waits for us to visit Him truly present enclosed in every tabernacle in every Catholic Church.

Jesus, meek and humble of heart, make our hearts like unto thine.

Father Broom preaches on the feast day of St. Maximilian Kolbe, August 14.

Our Blessed Mother offered him two crowns…. the white crown of virginity and the red crown of martyrdom. She asked him which one he wanted and he said I will take both! He died a consecrated virgin and a martyr.

HOLY MASS INTENTIONS – How we can beg God for certain favors during the Mass.

Father Broom gives us three intentions to beg for at every Mass.

The First is to pray for the souls in Purgatory. St. Nicholas of Tolentino was devoted to this intention.

The Second is to pray for the conversion of sinners – perhaps someone in our own family who is far from God.

The Third is to beg God for the grace of our own conversion… of our own transformation into a great saint.
