LA APARICION A LOS DISCIPULOS EN EL CENACULO | EJERCICIOS ESPIRITUALES POR INTERNET | 13 DE ABRIL

GRACIAS A PEDIR:    

  1. ALEGARNOS Y GOZAR INTENSAMENTE… de tanta gloria y gozo de Cristo, nuestro Señor. (Ejercicios Espirituales #221) 
  2. Meditemos, “como la Divinidad que parecía esconderse en la pasión, aparece y se manifiesta ahora tan milagrosamente en la santísima resurrección, por los verdaderos y santos efectos de ella” (Ejercicios Espirituales #224)
  3. Por último, consideremos el “oficio de consolar que Cristo nuestro Señor trae, y comparando cómo unos amigos suelen consolar a otros.”  Consolar aquí quiere decir: reunir, liberar y enviar.  (Ejercicios Espirituales #224)

TERCER DÍA:  LOS DISCÍPULOS…  Juan 20, 19-32  La aparición a los Discípulos en el cenáculo. 

  1. GRACIA A PEDIR.  Intensísimo gozo porque Jesús verdaderamente ha resucitado de entre los muertos y porque quiere compartir el gozo de su gloriosa Resurrección conmigo en este momento!  Vemos estas analogias: El soldado se alegra cuando derrota al enemigo, los atletas celebran sus triunfos.  O ¿cómo no recordar la Copa Mundial del soccer, la Serie Mundial de beisbol, la Copa Stanley de hockey o el campeonato de la NBA.  Al salir ganador, tanto el equipo como los aficionados brincan de gozo por la victoria de su equipo.  Acaso no debería nuestro gozo supercar la alegría de estos atletas o aficionados?  Porque la de ellos es una victoria física, pero la nuestra is una victoria moral, es un victoria espiritual, ¡Cristo nos ha ganado la salvación de nuestras almas!  Debería ser una inmensa alegría rebosante, que no cabe en nuestros corazones.  En verdad, “Éste es el día que hizo el Señor: alegrémonos y regocijémonos en él”.
  2. EL TEMOR ES INSERVIBLE: SE NECESITA CONFIANZA!  Los Apóstoles, se esconden en el cuarto superior.  Piensan que también a ellos los matarán o los crucificarán.  Aún sabiendo que Jesús ha resucito de entre los muertos, ellos temen.  ¿Qué teme usted en este momento?  Sea sincero con usted mismo y con Jesús.  Vivimos en un mundo lleno de ancianidad  tension e inseguridad respecto a nuestras familias, nuestros hijos y nosotros mismos. No nos debería avergonzar reconocer que tenemos temores.  En si, lo malo no son los temores sino que nos perjudican cuando no los admitimos, nos encerramos en nosotros mismos y los ocultamos en nuestro corazón.  Estos temores siguen creciendo y toman proporciones cada vez más gigantescas hasta que acaban sofocándonos.  Sea honesto, identifique sus temores.  ¡Preséntele sus temores a Jesús resucitado!
  3. TEMORES…  Ahora acompañemos a los Apóstoles en sus temores.  Con la imaginación hágase presente en el cuarto.  Con los ojos imaginativos vea que Jesús entra al cuarto superior – al Cenáculo.  Jesús ha llegado a consolarlos, a animarlos y a levantar a los caídos y desanimados.  Jesús llega disipar las nubes más densas de desolación y llenarnos de consolación. Contemple a Jesus Resucitado.   Vea las llagas que han dejado los clavos en sus manos, vea sus pies.  ¡Cuánto lo ama Jesús!   No tema acercarse a Jesús – es mas, igual que Tomás, ¡toque sus llagas! Vea la alegría que brota de Cristo Resucitado, pidamos a Dios este gozo!  Este es el momento de abrirle el corazón a Jesús quien tanto le ama y quiere ser su más íntimo amigo.  Jesús quiere escucharle y quiere hablar con usted.  Pero cantas veces no sucede que tenenmos muchas cosas que atender y le damos tiempo o no estamos de humor para hablar con Jesús.  Hágalo ahora, hable con Jesús, comparta con Él todos sus temores e inquietudes!
  4. SUS PROPIOS TEMORES Y JESÚS RESUCITADO.  En este encuentro e íntima conversación con Jesús, dígale que temores le agobian en este preciso momento.  Quizás se un problema de salud, pero no olvide que Jesús es el Médico divino.  ¿Es algún problema económico?  Jesús es Dios y todo, absolutamente todo lo creado esta bajo su dominio, y eso incluye los centros financieros y la bolsa de valores.  Tenga presente que Jesús nunca se preocupó de lo que concierne el dinero o lo material, mas bien confió en la Divina Providencia de su Padre Amoroso.  Recuerde sus palabras:  “Mira las aves del cielo: no siembran, ni cosechan, ni recogen en graneros; y vuestro Padre celestial las alimenta. ¿No vales más que ellas?  Buscad primero su Reino y su justicia, y todas esas cosas se os darán por añadidura.” (Mt 6, 26-33)  Quizás aun a estas etapas de los Ejercicios Espirituales, esos temores estén relacionados con algún apego desordenado y Jesús quiere que dejes.  Solo así podrá estrechar la mano y tomar la mano de Jesús y confiar!
  5. OTROS TEMORES…  Quizás está temeroso del futuro.  Solo ve la gran nube gris que amenaza el mundo, al pais, el estado, la ciudad y hasta su propia familia.  Se pregunta usted qué le espera el día de mañana.  Escuchemos lo que dice del diario de santa Faustina sobre la CONFIANZA respecto al pasado, presente y el future.  
Cuando miro hacia el futuro, me atemorizo,
Pero ¿por qué sumergirse en el futuro?
Para mi solamente el momento actual es de gran valor, Ya que quizá el futuro nunca llegue a mi alma.
El tiempo que ha pasado no está en mi poder.
Cambiar, corregir o agregar,
No pudo hacerlo ningún sabio ni profeta,
Así que debo confiar a Dios lo que pertenece al pasado.
Oh momento actual, tú me perteneces por completo, Deseo aprovecharte cuanto pueda,
Y aunque soy débil y pequeña,
Me concedes la gracia de tu omnipotencia.
Por eso, confiando en Tu misericordia, Camino por la vida como un niño pequeño Y cada día Te ofrezco mi corazón Inflamado del amor por Tu mayor gloria. (Diario La Divina Misericordia en mi alma de santa Faustina Kowalska #2)

6. ¡SHALOM!   Jesús pasa por paredes y puertas cerradas para estar con su rebaño que esta triste y desamparado:  están como ovejas sin Pastor.  Las primeras palabras de Jesús son: “La paz sea con vosotros”.  La palabra hebrea es  “Shalom!”  Esta misma paz profunda y duradera que Jesús desea para sus Apóstoles, Jesús la desea para usted.  El gozo y la paz son verdaderas manifestaciones de consolación.  En esta contemplación, vea a Jesús y escuche su voz mientras Él le desea la PAZ!  ¿Está usted experimentando una profunda sensación de paz?  Si no, con gran confianza emprenda un diálogo con Jesús, porque Jesús le ama a usted como esta ovejita que se ha apartado de su rebaño.  Cuánto anhela Él tomarlo y ponerlo sobre sus hombros para hablar con usted.  San Agustin dice que la paz es: “La tranquilidad del orden.” San Ignacio, después de haber habernos dado los Ejercicios dice que uno de los objetivos principales de los Ejercicios es “poner orden al desorden de nuestra propia vida para buscar y hacer la voluntad de Dios.”   Veamos lo que aconteció con san Juan Diego y Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe el 12 de diciembre de 1531.  San Juan Diegito cortó las rosas de castilla y las puso en su tilma.  Nuestra Señora, pidiéndole que se acercara, empesó a arreglar las rosas con su santísima mano.  Jesús y María le están pidiendo a usted que se acerque, que abra su corazón, con todos sus temores y limitaciones, para que puedan poner orden y tranquilidad a su alma!  ¡SHALOM – La paz querido amigo!

7.  “OS ENVÍO…” Jesús sopla sobre sus Apóstoles, les enseña sus manos y sus pies y los envía.¿A dónde? Jesús desea mandarlos a todo el mundo, a los rincones más lejanos.Las últimas palabras de Jesús en el Evangelio de san Marcos, capítulo 28, antes de ascender al cielo son: “Id, pues, y haced discípulos a todas las gentes bautizándolas en el nombre del Padre y del Hijo y del Espíritu Santo, y enseñándoles a guarder todo lo que yo os he mandado.Y he aquí que yo estoy con vosotros todos los días hasta el fin del mundo.” (Mt 28,19-20). El mensaje de Jesús es muy claro: somos llamados a dar y compartir el GOZO DEL EVANGELIO a todo el mundo, hasta los rincones más ocultos de la tierra.El Santo Padre, el Papa Francisco insiste una y otra vez que la buena nueva debe ser llevada a todos, de forma especial a los pobres, a los abandonados, los desamparados, los marginados y olvidados – esos que la sociedad considera la escordia de la sociedad.Jesús igual dice con verdadera urgencia: “He venido a arrojar un fuego sobre la tierra y ¡cuánto desearía que ya estuviera encendido!”  A estas etapas, si ha sido fiel a su Hora Santa, a su Examen de Consciencia diariamente y tiene una ferviente vida sacramental, debería haber un fuego que consume de traerle almas a Jesús.  Es decir, debería amar lo que Dios ama, debería amar lo que es más precioso al Sagrado Corazón de Jesús – LA SALVACION ETERNA DE LAS ALMAS.  Recuerde el lema de san Juan Bosco: “Dame almas y quítame todo lo demás.”

8. EL ÉXITO APOSTÓLICO, LA CLAVE – EL VENERABLE FULTON J. SHEEN.   Para que el apostolado dé abundante fruto  rinda abundante cosecha, y logre atraer a las ovejas perdidas, es imprescindible seguir la siguiente dinámica: PRIMERO VEN Y LUEGO VE.  ¿Qué significa esto?   Nadie puede dar lo que no tiene.   Sólo podremos dar a conocer a Cristo si nosotros mismos tenemos un relación con Él.  Jesús es la vid y nosotros los sarmientos (Juan 15).  Entre más fuertemente estemos adheridos a la VID que es Jesús y más nos alimentamos de Él, más podremos dar a Dios y a los demás.  Es necesario decir, que procuremos a estas etapas de los Ejercicios Espirituales, no caer presa al peligro y heresía del ACTIVISMO.   Si solo nos ocupamos de trabajar, trabajar y trabajar, si nos hacemos adictos al trabajo, empezaremos por descuidar nuestra oración y empezaremos a dedicar menos y menos tiempo a la oración, al punto que acabaremos abondonado la oración y nuestra HORA SANTA.  Nuestra Hora Santa es la Hora de Poder, y especialmente respecto al celo apostólico y la conversión de los pecadores.   Jamás se ha escuchado de un santo quién no ha sido fiel a una profunda y creciente vida de oración y estrecha amistad con Jesús!

9. RECIBID EL ESPÍRITU SANTO… Otro punto clave para tener una profunda y creciente vida de oración es tener una devoción al ESPIRITU SANTO.  En esta contemplación, hágase presente en el cenáculo con los Apóstoles.  Hágalo en este preciso momento.  Contemple esta hermosa y consoladora escena.  Jesús está soplando sobre sus Apóstoles el ESPÍRITU SANTO.  Y usted está allí también.  Jesús esta soplando sobre USTED el Espíritu Santo!  Jesús mio, ¡cuán grande y generoso eres!  ¡Cuán grande es tu amor por nosotros!  El salmista dice: “Gustad y ver qué bueno es el Señor!”  El Espíritu Santo le enseñará a orar; invóquelo sin cesar, invoque al Espíritu Santo en cada Hora Santa.  Jesús anhela que esté más consciente del Espíritu Santo en su diario caminar, pero en forma particular al hacer su Hora Santa que es cuando está con Jesús.  Los títulos del Espíritu Santo son numerosos: el Paráclito, el Consolador, el Consejero, el Amigo, el Mejor Amigo, el Maestro Interior (especialmente Maestro de la oración), el Dedo de Dios, la Tercera Persona de la Santísima Trinidad, el Amor que une al Padre y al Hijo en el abrazo eterno y el Dulce Huésped del Alma!  Y por qué no, pida y ruegue a Jesús con fervor en este momento que sople su Espiritu Santo abundantemente sobre su mente para que sus pensamientos sean santo, sobre su memoria, para purificarla de recuerdos pecaminos y dolorosos; sobre su imaginación, para que pueda ver a Jesús siempre a su lado; sobre sus afectos, para que añore a Jesús y sienta Su presencia, y por último, sobre su corazón y su voluntad, para que ame a Jesús con todos sus fuerzas, con todo su corazón, su mente y su alma!  Ven Espíritu Santo, ven por medio del Inmaculado Corazón de María!  Abra su corazón y emprenda un diálogo, sencillo pero profundo con Jesús, María y el Espíritu Santo.  Y si gusta, puede tambie´n emprender un diálogo con uno o más de los Apóstoles… 

10. A QUIENES USTEDES PERDONEN LOS PECADOS… En este momento, la noche del Domingo de Pascua, Jesús está con sus Apóstoles en el cuarto superior, en el cenáculo.  Jesús está dando a sus Apóstoles y al mundo entero (hasta el fin de los tiempos) el regalo de Su paz y Su misericordia.  Jesús está instituyendo un nuevo Sacramento, el Sacramento de la Reconciliación, la Confesión, el Perdón.  Jesús otorga a sus Apóstoles y a sus sucesores – obispos y sacerdotes – el poder de perdonar los pecados en SU NOMBRE!  Que nuestros corazones se regocijen y rebosen de alabanza y gracias por el gran don de la Confesión.  Alabemos y demos gracias en este instante a Jesús por su infinita misericordia, especialmente porque en el context de los Ejercicios Espirituales hemos hecho una CONFESIÓN GENERAL.  Hace cinco semanas, debido a la gracia de Dios y el Sacramento del Orden Sacerdotal, usted pudo hacer la mejor confesión sacramental de su vida! “  Demos gracias al Señor porque es bueno, porque es eterna su misericordia!”  Con un corazón renovado, no cese de dar gracias por esta gracia singular que ha recibido.   Contemple en este instante, con los ojos de la imaginación a Jesús soplando sobre los Apóstoles… vea que les otorga a ellos y a todo sacerdote que es válidamente ordenado, el poder de perdonar los pecados en Su nombre! ¡Alabado sea Dios! Quizás podría hacer estos própositos: 

1) CONFIAR.  Confie más en la misericordia y el amor de Dios todos los días de su vida.   
2) CONFESIÓN.   Acuda con frecuencia al sacramento de la Confesión porque esto sierve para aumentar en el alma la gracia santificante, para curar nuestras enfermedades del alma y como medicina preventiva para impedir futuros padecimientos espirituales – el pecado.
3) APOSTOL DE LA CONFESIÓN.   Sea un moderno “apostol de la confesión” y traiga al mayor número de ovejas perdidas a encontrarse en el abrazon amoroso del Buen Pastor.  ¿Por qué no?  Propóngase buscar y traer al mayor número del hijos e hijas pródigas a los brazos amorosos del Padre Misericordioso!

 Emprenda un diálogo con Jesúcristo Nuestro Señor.  Dele gracias por las incontables veces que le ha perdonado.  Dígale cuánto desea amarlo.  Hable también con los Apóstoles que están presentes en esta contemplación.  Y no olvide habar de corazón a corazón con Nuestra Señora, Reina de los Apóstoles y Madre de Misericordia.  Concluya esta meditación con el Regina Caeli… Dios te Salve, Reina y Madre…
