Hoy, 29 de junio del 2016, Solemnidad de san Pedro y san Pablo, el Padre Escobita da gracias a Dios por el Papa Emérito, Benedicto XVI, quien celebra su 60 aniversario de ordenación sacerdotal.  Recordamos su invocación del 29 de junio de 2011:  «Señor, ayúdame a conocerte mejor.  Ayúdame a ser siempre una sola cosa con tu voluntad.  Ayúdame a vivir mi vida no para mí sino siempre junto a Ti por los otros.  ¡Ayúdame a ser tu amigo!»
