No encontramos palabras mas dulces, mas consoladoras que dan mas seguridad o fortaleza que las palabras que brotan desde lo mas profundo del Sagrado Corazón de Jesús. Jesús nos dice:
«Vengan a mí todos los que están fatigados y agobiados, y yo les daré alivio. Tomen mi yugo sobre ustedes y aprendan de mí, que soy manso y humilde de corazón, y encontrarán descanso, porque mi yugo es suave y mi carga ligera». (Mt.11: 28-30)
SE HA SUSPENDO LA MISA Y LOS SACRAMENTOS: PERO EL AMOR DE DIOS PERDURA PARA SIEMPRE. Aun cuando se han cancelado todas las misas debido a la preocupación por la propagación del coronavirus, el amor el amor de Dios es perenne; El amor de Dios es eterno: el amor de Dios no tiene límites; Dios desea ardientemente, ahora más que nunca, derramar su amor súper abundante en nuestros corazones, si deseamos este regalo. Jesús nos invita, a nosotros solo nos corresponde poner atención y aceptar su generosa invitación
EL MEDIO MÁS FÁCIL Y EFICIENTE PARA RECIBIR EL AMOR DE DIOS. En este momento critico de la historia, Dios anhela ardientemente derramar con abundancia su amor en nuestros corazones, pero ¿cómo?, ¿cómo es esto posible ahora? La respuesta: ¡COMUNION ESPIRITUAL!
¿QUÉ? ¿DÓNDE? ¿CUÁNDO? ¿CÓMO? ACCION DE GRACIAS.
Responderemos a estas preguntas de la forma más clara y concisa. ¿Qué es la Comunión Espiritual? ¿Dónde podemos hacer una Comunión? ¿Cuándo podemos hacer la Comunión Espiritual? ¿Cómo se puede hacer? Y ¿cuáles son algunos de los efectos espirituales que produce una Comunión Espiritual?
¿QUÉ ES LA COMUNIÓN ESPIRITUAL? Expliquémoslo con verdad, simplicidad y concisión: La comunión espiritual consiste en un acto de deseo ardiente de unirse a Jesucristo, Nuestro Señor y Salvador. Esto se ilustra poderosamente con este pasaje bíblico: «Como el ciervo anhela las aguas corrientes, así mi alma tiene sed de ti Señor mi Dios». (Salmo 41: 1) Nosotros somos ese ciervo del pasaje bíblico; el ciervo que brama por no tener agua, el ciervo que al encontrar agua fría y limpia corriente, bebe hasta deleitar su corazón y satisfacer su sed.
Ya que se ha suspendido temporalmente que podamos recibir la Eucaristía Sacramental, la Santa Comunión – el Cuerpo, la Sangre, el Alma y la Divinidad del Señor Jesucristo – es menester hace, por lo menos una vez al día, una Comunión Espiritual. ¡Imitemos el anhelo del ciervo que brama por las corrientes; tengamos hambre y sed de recibir a Jesús con una Comunión Espiritual, una anhelo todavía más grande y ardiente solicitud que la del ciervo, ¡de recibir a Jesús en lo más profundo de nuestra alma y corazón! Jesús vendrá y no demorará si abrimos la puerta de nuestro corazón para recibirlo. Las palabras del Libro del Apocalipsis resuenan en nuestra mente y nuestro corazón: “Mira que estoy a la puerta y llamo; si alguno oye mi voz y me abre la puerta, entraré en su casa y cenaré con él y él conmigo” (Ap 3, 20) No demoremos más, ¡con deseo profundo en nuestro corazón, invitemos al Señor Jesús que entre en nuestra alma haciendo una comunión espiritual.
¿DÓNDE HACER LA COMUNIÓN ESPIRITUAL? La Comunión espiritual no tiene que hacerse en la iglesia, o en presencia del Santísimo Sacramento, no es necesario estar en una habitación con una imagen de Jesús, María, los ángeles y los santos. Entonces ¿dónde? En realidad, en cualquier lugar donde se encuentre quien desee realizarla. Dios está presente en todos los lugares, tiempos y circunstancias. Entonces, la Comunión Espiritual se puede hacer en cualquier lugar donde te encuentres.
¿CUÁNDO HACER LA COMUNIÓN ESPIRITUAL? Ya hemos hablado de – DONDE hacer la Comunión espiritual – ahora hablamos de -CUANDO. La respuesta para ‘el cuándo’ es la misma que para ‘dónde’: puedes hacer una Comunión espiritual en cualquier lugar y en cualquier momento. Una vez que la Iglesia católica vuelva a culto litúrgico en las misas dominicales y entre semana, el derecho canónico permite comulgar dos veces al día siempre que se participe en dos misas. Pero la Comunión espiritual la podemos hacer mas de dos veces por día, ¡podemos hacerla muchas veces sin limite por día! Realmente podemos decir, cuanto más mejor, pero hagámosla con el espíritu y el fervor de los santos, más abundantes serán las gracias para el alma que le recibe con mayor fervor.
¿CÓMO HACER LA COMUNIÓN ESPIRITUAL? Primero, la comunión espiritual se realiza por el movimiento del corazón humano y su deseo ardiente de amar a Jesús. Es decir, ¡hay oraciones tradicionales ya compuestas que podemos usar, pero ciertamente el elemento más importante para hacer la Comunión espiritual es el vivo amor y anhelo en nuestro corazón de recibir a Jesús nuestro Señor, nuestro Dios, nuestro Salvador, nuestro Amigo y el más grande Amor!
COMUNIÓN ESPIRITUAL: FORMULA EXTENDIDA. Aquí les damos un modelo muy sencillo y corto para hacer una Comunión espiritual, aunque también hay otras formas más largas y completas. Sin embargo, queremos reiterar que lo más esencial para hacer una Comunión Espiritual con mayor eficacia es el anhelo vivo ardiente y el amor y añoranza que tenemos de unir nuestro corazón, mente y alma con Jesús que por amor por mi y por la salvación de mi alma inmortal, derramó cada gota de Su Precioso Sangre en el Calvario.
MODELO DE ORACION
“Señor Jesucristo, Hijo del Dios vivo, Hijo de María, mi mejor Amigo, creo que estás verdaderamente y sustancialmente presente en el Santísimo Sacramento en tu Cuerpo, Sangre, Alma y Divinidad. No puedo recibirte ahora en el Sacramento Eucarístico. Sin embargo, humildemente te ruego que entres en lo más profundo de mi alma al menos espiritualmente» En este momento, detente e invita a Jesús que entre en ti.
ACCIÓN DE GRACIAS DESPUÉS DE LA COMUNIÓN ESPIRITUAL. Luego, después de haber rezado con vivo fervor y haber hecho una Comunión espiritual, deténgase y tómese su tiempo, de gracias a Jesús por haber entrado a su alma de forma silenciosa pero eficaz
ORACIONES DE ACCIÓN DE GRACIAS DESPUES DE LA COMUNIÓN ESPIRITUAL. Las oraciones de Acción de Gracias que podemos ofrecer al Señor después de hacer la Comunión espiritual son incontables. Pero un buen modelo o ejemplo de acción de gracias para después de la Comunión espiritual podría ser simplemente este patrón.

— Oración ante el Crucifijo (Libro de oraciones de la Primera Comunión)
— Las Divinas Alabanzas: Se rezan al concluir la adoración Eucarística después de la bendición.

Hemos recibido tanto de la generosidad y bondad de Dios; demos a Dios abundantes gracias. SUPLICA: ¿Qué es una oración de ´súplica´? Oración de ´suplica’ es solicitar, pedir, implorar a Dios su gracia, su auxilio, es pedir a Dios la paz y la seguridad que necesitamos en esta vida para llegar seguros al puerto de salvación; el cielo.
